Der private Garten mit eigenem Pool und Liegemöglichkeiten, Sonnenschirmen usw. Parkplatz, gedeckt im Innenhof. Sehr nette Betreuung durch den Hausherrn Ivo. Sehr schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Bad. Die defekte Klimaanlage wurde innert eines Tages ersetzt, unglaublich toller Service

Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sonst alles top.

Hübsche, geräumige und saubere Unterkunft mit gepflegtem Pool, eingewachsenem Außenbereich und Olivenbäumen im Garten. Sehr zuvorkommender und stets freundlicher Gastgeber. Gute Betten.

Sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Ivan ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer ansprechbar ist. Noch nie so einen aufmerksamen Gastgeber gehabt. Würde hier sofort wieder Urlaub machen.

Bardzo komfortowy i przestronny apartament. Bardzo duży taras z basenem, leżakami i miejscem do grillowania. Idealny na wypoczynek rodziny z dwójka dzieci.

Przydałaby się dodatkowa klimatyzacja w samej sypialni

Sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber, ruhige Lage in Stadtnähe, toller Pool und Außenbereich, Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und wohnen direkt nebenan.

Es war alles top!!!!

Zum Strand ist es zu Fuß etwas lange (ca. 20min), aber mit dem Auto kein Problem. Die Villa ist prima ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht-von Handtüchern über Kochutensilien bis hin zu Bettbezügen und Reinigungsmitteln. Der Pool ist der Wahnsinn, perfekt bei heißem Wetter. Die Übergabe und Rückgabe der Schlüssel war schnell und problemlos. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!

"9 nights in 2 person villa with private pool"

We had an absolutely wonderful 9-night stay at this lovely 2-person house with a private pool. The home was perfect – well-equipped with everything we needed, clean, comfortable, and in a peaceful area. The location is also good, with the charming centre of Novigrad within ~15 min walking distance. The hosts are also great. Truly lovely people who were always available for anything we needed, yet gave us full privacy throughout our stay. They strike the perfect balance between being helpful and respectful, which made us feel completely at home. A big bonus for us was the private, gated parking on the property – super convenient and secure. All in all, we highly recommend this place and would happily return again!
