"It would be a good place special with the family if it is NO awful smells."

The location is great! Easy to access everywhere but in a quiet spot. The roof top and master room with an outdoor garden is A plus!

When we stayed( three people) for 4 nights, unfortunately, there was an awful smell from the master bed room sink , even in the downstairs living room you can smell it. We called the owner about this issue . The owner came over and agreed to it but she had no idea where it came from and advised us to find another place. Well, we had short stay and with full schedule( activities were booked) we didn’t have time to find a place and waste our time for finding place and moving. So we had to stay.

"Wounderful house in central location in Palma"

Very well designed and nicely decorated typical mallorquin town house. Very good quite location, but only a few minutes by foot to the center and main attractions. Definitely no car needed.

Beautiful property, so comfortable. Amazing terrace at the top of the house to enjoy the sunshine. Wonderful quiet location but extremely close to the central attractions.

The property was in a central location for the old town, it was quiet at night and an easy walk to restaurants. It was very clean and two lovely outdoor spaces. Well equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms

Be aware it is over three floors and the street has steps leading on way.
