I enjoyed the pool and how close it was to the beach.

The house was extremely dirty and 95° inside when we arrived. There was so no broom no mop no net to clean the pool there was trash all in the back yard, with broken glass everywhere. Not cool. a box that had been sitting there for a long time with a rotten crab in it. It was not worth the money that was spent as it was pretty dysfunctional. Only nice thing was there is a private pool and close access to the beach and the neighbors were nice.

The location was great and close to the beach.

A few tips if you plan to stay here. Don't plan on using pull out couches they were horrible and there was no sheets for them. I had to run out and buy some so we would have to use for the week. Make sure you bring toliet paper, paper towels, trash bags and also laundry detergent. There are 4 towels to each bathroom and they have all seen better days. When we arrived to the property the code for the door did not work so we had to reach out several times to get changed. When we arrived the trash outdoors had not been set by the road for at least 2 weeks it was overflowing and trash outside the can. We were asked to move it to the road the morning of scheduled trash pick up so it had already been picked up on the street so it will set there another week. The pool was nice but full of sand since you would go straight there after coming in from the beach to clean off. I took it upon myself to remove broken pool toys and noodles that was all over the patio area. The grill was also a mess and uncovered and open.

suggestion is that maybe an outside shower to rinse after coming back from the beach.

Great location, not too much traffic.
