Nothing it wasn't ready and nothing like photo and description

Staff was unprofessional and one said they were going to give us a full refund and another said no. Still cant get it resolved. Bedding wasn't changed, outside was full of weeds and broke stuff and outside facilities were left open. ir smelled bad like smoke and dog. Their was dog hair everywhere. Location was nice. Short walk to the beach

Common area was overgrown and unable to use. Sand spurs everywhere. Couch incredibly lumpy and hardly able to use due to the springs. Water heater kept leaking. Original code to the door did not work.

I allowed for my large dogs to come along.

It wasnt kept up very well needed alot of work inside, had to fuss with the shower to get the water right. Bed was horrible , I’ve slept on in a rental environment ever.

So I had to evacuate due to the hurricane and was forced to leave at a certain time. I let the property owner know this and asked to check in a little early, less than an hour and I didn’t get a response until over an HOUR of my checkout time. So not only did I not get in early it was an hour late. The guy was messaging me on the booking app but I never got anything and called the number I was given twice to be told to do it through the app and be brushed off even tho I told them I had kids with me and the app wasn’t working and we were waiting around. They had the messages but I never got them and I called twice so the app not working isn’t an excuse. The number is there to have access, what business brushes their customers off and refuses to help them when called? The place isn’t bad but the couch literally sinks to the frame and is like a couch from the 80s I couldn’t even sit on it. The bed was the same a super uncomfortable cheap medal box spring mattress with a basic medal frame. I usually don’t leave bad reviews because I know people got things to run but the fact I was ignored and then had to wait an hour past the check in time anyways under an emergency really pissed me off, and to top it off the property owner gave me attitude off rip and was a jerk about everything. There was also sheets left in the washer mid wash that were disgusting that I had to take out to wash my clothes, not sure if the cleaner left them but either way that was ridiculous. Oh yeah and they also didn’t have any ceiling fans, how do you not have ceiling fans in a house??
