The location of the apartment is excellent

The beds are uncomfortable, and my daughter was bitten by bedbugs. There is a blockage in the shower. The stove in the kitchen did not work, and there are no windows in the rooms so there is no air and daylight.

Great location within walking distance to lots of restaurants and the beach. Also, walking distance to Loro Park. The apartment is recently renovated and very clean with lots of space for a family of 6.

Parking was a little difficult but always ended up working out. There is free parking in a dirt lot behind the apartment.

The location, enough space

The apartment is very big, but the three bedrooms have no windows, so there is no fresh air, which is very bad at night. And this is not clear from the photos and description of the apartment. In the kitchen only the microwave worked, the refrigerator hums loudly, the bathroom sink was clogged. Тhere were two dead cockroaches on the floor when entered the apartment.

We loved the apartment, it is newly renovated and the location is amazing! You get out, turn right walk straight and you are at the Jardin beach; turn left and you are on your way to the plaza area. There's a massive car park at the back of the apartment so no problem finding parking. There's a cafe just outside with special-priced mojitos and delicious hot dog combo. There is also a small local grocery (few steps away) with fruits, meats, and cheeses. Staff were friendly and helpful with my pre-arrival questions, check-in was smooth (smart lock).
