"Great apartment with amazing sea view."

Location of the apartment was great, it was close to everything we needed (beach, supermarkets, walking areas, etc). Also, the apartment has the most amazing sea view from the living room and terrace as it is, as the name says, on the first line to the sea.

Excellent location, close to the beach, Most comfortable beds, hot shower, fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and washing machine. Huge outdoor area with water tap most handy and 2 sunloungers and beach towels provided.

Excellent location. Excellent facilities. Beach and restaurants so close. Easy communication with host. All in all a fantastic apartment.

I have to mention that this is a residential property in a locally resided area. The apartment is connected to a young local family. As a consequence, our stay was not as peaceful as hoped. I apportion no blame here, they live there and we are the guests, and I have to say that the family are really nice people. But due to a number of family events, this impacted on our peace. In fairness this maybe because our stay coincided with Lanzarote’s School holidays. However the apartment and location itself, were wonderful.

Good location and the apartment was well equipped including a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a small beach within 3 minutes walk (no sun beds). Also, short walk to the old town/port area with plenty of nice restaurants.

Liked everything about the apartment. Just one small thing - it would be nice if the owner left a couple of deck chairs (nice ones at local shop for €45 each) in the apartment so that you could use them at the nearby beach where there are no sun beds.
