Fairview Lodge with Hot Tub

The property was lovely and spacious. The hot tub was gorgeous.

The uncomfortable metal chairs spoilt it to be honest. It was a gorgeous hot weekend but couldn’t sit on the veranda for more than 30 mins at a time. The chairs were so uncomfortable. Also found not having a mirror in the bedroom near any plugs to do my hair quite inconvenient.

The golf course

The fact that I have not received my deposit. The hot tub temperature couldn’t be adjusted. There was nothing to do. The dishwasher was broke. The bathroom was unclean.

Reception staff not very welcoming The lodge was for 4 , however only 2 uncomfortable fold up metal chairs on decking. Really not suitable for 4 guests or comfortable. Check in at 4 and out at 10 , less than 48 hours for over £500 was not value for money. Would book same location but different lodge

In the main it was Clean and comfortable accommodation and we did enjoy staying very much although did see a clean me message written on the window from past tenants so windows hadnt been washed and food drips on oven door. Accommodation in a nice location and was lovely and quiet.

Although reported a couple of times and workmen came to view it we had no use of the dishwasher the entire time we were hoidaying there. Did not spoil holiday but we had paid for the facilities and would have been more convenient had it been working.

Absolutely loved the place. Was very clean. Kid loved the hottub, and having towels provided was a bonus. Beds were very comfy.

Was dissapointing the dishwasher was out of order and wasn't advised of this prior to the stay. Although this is out of your control there were very vocal dogs in the vans either side of us which did wake me very early. (Just poor owners who have no consideration). There could do with a vanity table with a mirror for hairdrying and makeup.

The site was nice and quiet

Not all thr outdoor furniture was available to use only 2 chairs and there was 4 of us. Don't think the hot tub was working properly ...it was usable tho......Also need hooks to hang up coats in the hall way ....û

The setting is beautiful, very dog friendly. Peaceful and laid back.
