Walking distance to hospital and town with free off-road parking

The property was the perfect size for us, one double bedroom, and one smaller one where the wardrobe was, and that was perfect as I always get up before my husband! The location was excellent, a little Tesco a few minutes walk away, and only a 10-15 walk into town. Parking was easy, two spaces at the property. We arrived early and were able to access the property which was great. There was an instruction folder for all the equipment at the property, thankfully we didn't need it as everything we used was simple to operate, and worked first time.

The property has a dishwasher, but as we generally only breakfast 'in' each day we wash up by hand, and a dish drainer would have been a nice addition.

Sweet little house. Was very well equipped & a great location just 10 minute walk from the town centre. Good communication throughout with owner & spotlessly clean. Will return one day.

I thought that there should have been a couple of blankets to put on the beds of a night as only a lightweight duvets on the beds & it would be more cost effective for the owner to supply blankets rather than have the heating remaining on low throughout the night.

We had a great stay. The cottage was very clean and comfy. It was the perfect place to stay after visiting the town and different places during the whole day. We had a fantastic break in the cottage. Moreover, the location is great and the neighborhood is very quiet. IT was very easy to park the car. If we visit Bury St. Edmunds in the future, we will book this accommodation again.

We could come and go when we wanted, ate what and when we wanted, slept late and just relaxed

Easy access to shopping centres and main roads. Good to be able to stay at same place for two visits to Bury St Edmunds within a month. Appreciated washing machine with liquid supplied.

No dining table and chairs, only breakfast nook.
