Overall very comfortable, very plain but otherwise it had everything we needed.

Advertised as 2 bathrooms, but one of the bathrooms has only a shower (no toilet and no sink basin.) We had expected a second toilet.

Unfortunately the property was not very clean. As an example we cleaned the dining table upon arrival and the cloth was black. There were crumbs from the previous occupiers in the oven and around the kitchen. The cutlery and utensils we had to wash before use. The property looks like it was previously a student let and is furnished accordingly. The settees in the lounge were dirty. The outside furniture was too dirty to use and there was no hairdryer despite the original advertising profile saying it would have.  The standard of repairs and maintenance undertaken to the property, I would not have accepted, it looks like the work of a poor DIY enthusiast.

Only one shower worked, kettle didn't work, landing light went on and off all night on its own,bedroom door to heavy for disabled people to open, having to strip bedding after paying for a service
