it was very well laid out and had good space for everyone. the bathrooms worked out really well. kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed.

Very nice location easy to get around

The location is perfect for exploring Cornwall. The house is spacious and clean. The beds are comfy with storage for all your clothes. Whilst there's no washing machine in the house there are facilities on site. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Three full bathrooms!!! There was a welcome pack of scones and clotted cream left for us on arrival. It's definitely value for money.

You don't have access to tye on site swimming pool but there are plenty of beaches nearby so it didn't bother us.

Accommodation was excellent, best holiday accommodation have stayed in, very well equipped, comfortable and close to amenities. Especially loved the welcome pack, scones were lovely, and yes the jam is always on first for the cream tea 😁

All was good , only thing I would mention, the hot water was a tad too hot, especially for young kids,😃

Wonderful comfortable holiday home with enough rooms and bathrooms for all the family visiting from SA. Great location to explore Newquay.

Oven needed cleaning

It was spacious enough for a family of 8.

The front door is faulty, the back door was difficult to open, the downstairs shower had a terrible leak, it was surface clean, but under the beds were dirty.
