the place is really beautiful, the farm is really nice and Miguel is really caring.

Welcome basket on arrival, including homemade honey and tomato jam - an absolute lifesaver post a 12 hour travel stint to make it to the island. Miguel was an amazing host, quick to respond and went above and beyond all expectations!! I would highly recommend, no point staying else where on the whole of Pico in my opinion. Watching the peacocks and donkeys was an absolute highlight! Stunning property and all round amazing stay

Enough was said in previous reviews. We enjoyed our stay a lot and Miguel makes you feel more like you visit a friend rather than renting accommodation. PS. I miss the donkeys ;-)

Catia and Miguel were very friendly. The house has everything you'll need and we received some fresh fruit on arrival. Visiting the lavatube on their land with Miguel is well worth the visit. If we come back to Pico we'll definately will be staying here again.

It was a great experience! We were both amazed by the hospitality and generosity of the host. We received a fruit basket including homemade jam and fruits from the garden upon arrival. We came for a friend's wedding and the apartment has a hair curler, which basically saved me as I under-packed. The place is so bright and cozy that we wanted to stay an extra week. I'm not an animal fan but by the end of the trip I managed to make friend with the cat, which was amazing!

What a great host family and a wonderful place to stay in. The room has everything to enjoy Pico at its best. It is clean, comfortable and very cosy. Being in nature is loving nature and there is plenty around including all the animals and pets around. They may wake you up early but they are a great feature to return to the real world. Thank you so much this wonderful time.

While this property is not perfect amazing hosts and beautiful animals will make up for it. We enjoyed our time here.
