"Ideal quiet place for a small stay in Pico"

The house is located in a quiet place next to Sao Roque. No noise of cars. It has a very good location to visit the most important parts of the Pico Island. The is parking place inside de house.

The illumination of inside the house was poor. The toilet didn’t work so well.

"I was alone and scuba diving all day, so it was more than enough for me."

Lady that lives next door and helps with everything, Elisabete, was very friendly and helpful. No issues with check-in or check-out. Very easy and nice communication.

Bathroom needs some improvement. I think there are some water leaks and some paint is going off walls, probably due to humidity/condensation. I would also check inside kitchen cabinets, there is some strange smell.

Nice living room, quiet area.

The house should have been cleaner, loud animals in the roof (did not sound like lizzards). Chairs and table on the terrace need to be replaced.
