Coachmans Cottage

The cottage is really lovely, I travelled here with 4 friends and we were all equally impressed with the accommodation, big living room, kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the location is perfect. Lots of walks close by and close to pubs shops and take away options, In fact the fish and chip shop is literally a 5 minute walk up the road The moon inn directly over the road is a pleasant village pub with really welcoming staff and great food, Bakewell is a 10 minute drive away. Bedrooms and Bathrooms are spacious, it’s kept lovely and clean, towels and linen provided also Had the pleasure of bumping into the owner a couple of times while we were there who was really lovely. Great little find, would highly recommend

Nothing to not like, the buildings are old listed buildings so full of old building charm which only adds to the character

Great location and very clean and comfy

Amazing location and lovely cottage. The place was clean and cosy, and we particularly loved the log burner in the living room. We really appreciated that logs that were provided even in the Summer as it was cool enough at night to enjoy the fire.

The kitchen could be a little better equipped for cooking and ideally we could have used more crockery, especially glasses and bowls. Aside from this, everything was excellent.

Lovely location, located far enough from the road that there was no real traffic noise at all.

very clean and homely inside and even a pack of biccies to have with a cuppa when we got there
