Near the main road and quite noisy

Great location with easy access to many different parts of North Devon. A beautiful, quaint cottage that fit our family of 6 comfortably. Owners were lovely, very helpful and accommodating. We will return.

Loved the bunk beds, cute they had TV with DVD players. Very clean property with everything you would need. Handy parking at the property.

Bit of a damp smell downstairs

Location excellent. Characterful property. Parking. Plenty of towels etc. Comfortable beds. Easy to access once we’d found the property. Warm. Lots of tvs and wifi included.

Communication. We seemed to receive messages late (eg received message about how to find and access property two days after we left). Cleanliness. Property was fairly clean but looked like it hadn’t been stayed in for a while so needed a spruce up. Bathroom needs a refit so appeared not as clean as it may have been. A warning on the listing about the very steep rickety stairs would be helpful - I wouldn’t let my Mum go up there so she slept in the bunk beds downstairs. A welcome booklet with instructions on how to use the appliances, wifi, local bus services, restaurant recommendations etc would be useful.

We had a good breakfast just round the corner at a nice cafe. Location was ideal as we were travelling through great Torrington .

Neighbours were in their hotub till midnight which kept our youngest awake .
