Super host! Super location super tip (for incredible nice restaurant on crawling distance)

The location

The apartment is super small. Cute but small. The bathroom is not very comfortable to shower and everything ended up wet.

It is located in lovely area in the old town and still It is very quite.

Contact with a staff is terrible. First few weeks before arrival we asked for airport transfer, we got information that will cost 80 Euros. We once again confirmed it 3 days before arrival. And we got information that now transfer will cost 90 Euros because of the proces of gasoline. The evening we arrived we send information to the person Who was waiting for us that wifi was not working (the mobile network range was very weak in the room And we can not use roaming). In the morning she asked us to go to Near bar And ask for betwork And password. In that bar the guy was suprised And said that network was out of order. We wrote to that lady imidietly. She answer late evening And give us a number to a somebody Who we should call And ask about wifi. Till the And of our stay wifi was not working. We asked about possibility of storing our laguage for few hours After check out. We got information that we can leave It in a Near bar. We got there guy And said that we will be back in 3 hours. We got back around that time And bar was closed. We call a lady And she told us that somebody will open bar in 10 minutes. We were waiting for one hour on the street ib terrible heat. When i called that lady she said that she had done everything And she hung up. Then Probably blocked my number on whatsapp And she didn’t answear calls And messeges. Sometimes some problems may arise. But in my oponion It matters How you deal with them And How you treat people. In our case staff Did a terrible job.

The location was spectacular in the old town. Close to the beach and restaurants

The wifi didn’t work for 2 of our days. Giovanni said it was the network, but he was courteous to offer us a drink at the bar close by.

Perfect location. Everything was very clean and adequate. Owner was helpful and nice person.

Minor needed a tea towel for the kitchen

This property is perfect for exploring the area and experiencing Italy. The location is very central and there are loads of bars and restaurants around. This is in the main tourist area so it is very crowded at all times. The best views are only a few steps away.

The property is very old and could do with a refurb. The worst thing was the door on the shower was missing and the water poured out everytime we used it. The facilities in the kitchen were very old, there were no wine glasses, no cups, the cutlery was as old as the house. The fan on the aircond was held up with duct tape. The aircon made noise but no cold air came out. The property is quite dark and a bit musty. Its a studio with the bed in a loft up steep stone steps, so definitely not accessible. The fridge goes on and off at night and can be very noisy. A mirror in the bedroom would be very useful.

The location is great, right next to the old-town city-centre. The room was nice, spacious and gave us the Italian-living-vibe. The host is as nice as it gets, communication with him via WhatsApp was exemplary, answered our questions quickly and gave us useful hints.

We were in Polignano during city festivities and it sometimes can be a little loud due to marching bands and people but that was just our luck, it has nothing to do with this location.
