"Superb"

Literally on the beach, with the big garden to enjoy, even the barbecue is there and you can take the deck chairs and umbrella to the sea. Plenty of beautiful garden around the house. And the parking is inside the neighborhood gate so don’t have to leave the car on the street.

The stairs to the second floor are pretty steep so it’s less suitable for older people( but they can stay in the bedroom downstairs ).

The location is amazing, and up surely can’t be beat. We had a great time going to the beach. The house was really good for her myself, my husband, Oatis, young children, and my mother.

We had a couple issues with the hot water heater, apparently there is a switch that you have to keep on that wasn’t explained to us. Microwave would also be great.

Perfect location for relaxed holidays just a few steps away from the beatiful beach. All-inclusive facilities like: sunbeds, parasol, SUP, barbecue, hammock, fully equipped kitchen... We spent some grear days in San Vito lo Capo!
