"Unsatisfactory with no response from host"

This property is not presented as advertised it is not newly decorated and is not clean there is a large pile of rubbish in the front drive, many areas inside not clean, fridge in kitchen no shelves, control boxes with no batteries, kitchen equipment greasy needed washing before we could use. Broken plug sockets many other issues😱

"Cottage generally comfortable and warm, but following issues disappointing."

En suite shower did not work. Radiator in upstairs bathroom did not work. Safety issue with step edge in main bedroom not highlighted. No oven gloves, nor kitchen scissors. Small dishwasher and only one tea-towel.

"The house met our needs perfectly and the team were very responsive when we had a small issue"

It was very comfortable and spacious

The old part of the house has low ceilings. Fine for shorter people but a challenge for taller folk. The new part is absolutely fine. The upstairs shower controls were not functioning properly so the water was very hot.

Loved the house and amenities

Was disappointed with the back garden. Lots of weeds & grass required mowing. Shower hose bar in en-suite bathroom fell whilst I was in the shower. No mirror in the upstairs bathroom
