Bon emplacement pour découvrir la région et sans la foule des stations balnéaires de l'Algarve. Sympa d'avoir un petit bar resto à pied bon et pas cher. Très belles plages dans le coin. Avoir une petite terrasse devant le logement pour díner à l'extérieur. Grand centre commercial à 15 min en voiture et 2 villes à 15 min avec bcp de bons restos.

Quelques équipements manquants (torchons et un peu plus de vaisselle - chevet et lampe de chevet d'un côté du lit). Chambres un peu étroites.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here. The pool is on the small side but as stated it is a dipping pool and very much enjoyed by both myself and my husband, even the other holiday makers enjoyed the cooling off in such hot weather. The little bushes around the pool helped a little with shade but as a small suggestion some umbella stands/bases could help with using the umbrella's provided in each apartment to help with shade. Duarte and Deta were amazing hosts and at getting little jobs done and fixed for us when they occurred. Hot water not working in shower for example... nothing was too much trouble for them. The elderly couple that live on the property, Deta's parents, are so lovely and friendly and try their best to make you feel so welcomed even with very little English. The place felt like home and was such a lovely quiet area, just what my husband and I needed to relax. You do need your own transportation, as it is far away for walking to local towns etc. There is only one bar in walking distance, but it provides food also and was very enjoyable the couple of times we went there. Very friendly owners and staff. It is close enough via car to Fuseta and Santa Luis... Little fishing villages which are a must to visit. And boats or trains will take you from there to the closest sandy beaches. Another must. All info on beaches close by and other info on accommodation in a brilliant welcome pack in property. We will return 🥰

No umbrella or shades at pool area.

Very quiet location with easy access to lots of places to visit and eat

A couple of minor issues in the villa, e.g. door handles not secured properly

We liked the sun terraces and the wonderful large roof terrace. We appreciated the 2 rooms with heaters in the evening and early mornings. Excellent shower with constant hot water. We enjoyed looking at the garden, safe parking and the swimming pool, though we didn’t use the pool.

The kitchen area is quite small and the only oven is a small plug in one. This in no way spoilt our holiday and we are likely to book the same place again.

Lovely place and close to fuseta

The Arrais Family were lovely hosts. We spent several afternoons chatting about Portugal, their family, the little dog Pipoca, and we felt like we were dear friends when we departed. The host couple speak only Portuguese, so work on your language skills and/or use the google translate app to help with communicating. It works! The location was perfect for us--we were after a quiet, non-touristy area to visit the ocean, take walks, and stop at local cafes for a cup of coffee. All of that was perfect in this stay. Our apartment was spacious and had three terrace areas to lounge. Our rooftop terrace was so lovely at sunset.

The only possible thing we can say we didn't like were the beds. They were what I think of as 'typical European beds'--very, very firm. Everyone is different in how they like their beds, so take that as you wish. The beds were also on the small side, but we had several to choose from.

The hosts were fantastic. It is a family run business and everyone was very welcoming, friendly and helpful; any query was always answered promptly. The property is in a great location for peace and tranquillity; and the pool was great in the hot weather for a dip to cool off.
