Everything. It is beyond expectations, impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, practical, comfortable, accessible, well-located.

Nothing. Except it might have been nice to have had bbq facilities. But maybe there’s a reason why not.

Accommodation was immaculate and had everything we needed including fresh milk and tea/ coffee available on arrival. Host gave some great recommendations for local amenities and a fab fish and chip shop in Redcar which were the nicest we have had in a long time. Property was conveniently located between Redcar and Saltburn and was minutes from the coastal paths.

Exceptional property with everything you would need for a home from home stay. House was extremely clean, beds very comfortable and decor and furnishings were lovely. The host contacted me personally with a phone call to go through the self book in and was very friendly and helpful. We will defiantly stay here again thank so much we had a lovely stay xx

The house was great a home from home .the location was just right for accessing all the local beauty spots which there are many.
