Very clean. High quality furnishings. Very comfortable and private. Hot tub is a nice extra. Lots of utensils / home from home.

Toilet upstairs would have been nice but understand there’s no little room for that and the bedroom is a very generous size.

So homely and warm. Lovely Christmas finishing touches. Also lovely welcome hamper left for us. Loved the enclosed garden and the field to walk round with the dog on lead. Near my sons so location great for us.

No hanging rails for clothes that could take dress or trousers. We didn't get to stay our extra night as we had a family emergency to deal with. We had to leave in a hurry. I am hoping if we book again Nigel would reflect this in our price for stay. We were upset we didn't get to stay on. 😔

"A quiet relaxing property , home from home and more!"

The Fern is perfectly situated close to major road links for exploring the area, a very roomy accommodation kitted out with everything you might need for your stay, there were five in our party so it was perfect for our stay as we attended a festival which was local to the property, very nicely decorated throughout, a total home from home. The owners were very attentive and provided us with lots of tips for our trip allowing us to pre plan a lot beforehand. Many thanks and see you again next year, we might manage to park in the correct area next time too!
