Notre séjour a été absolument remarquable, notamment grâce à l’accueil exceptionnel de notre hôte, Cinzia. Toujours disponible et d’une grande générosité, elle répondait rapidement à chacune de nos questions ou demandes. Elle nous a aussi grandement aidés à organiser nos sorties, que ce soit pour trouver de bons restaurants ou nous recommander des lieux à visiter, allant même jusqu’à contacter des établissements pour nous faciliter la tâche, ce qui fut précieux étant donné notre italien limité. L’endroit est d’une propreté irréprochable : que ce soit l’appartement, les aires communes ou les abords de la piscine, tout était impeccablement entretenu. L’aire de la piscine, en particulier, est superbe : calme, bien aménagée avec des équipements de qualité et un mobilier très confortable. Nous avons aussi apprécié la facilité de stationnement, avec amplement d’espace pour garer notre voiture à l’abri du soleil – un détail très apprécié pendant les journées chaudes. Un lieu que nous recommandons sans hésitation!

Il faut d’abord préciser que les éléments un peu plus négatifs sont largement compensés par la qualité exceptionnelle de l’hébergement et l’accueil chaleureux de Cinzia. Cela dit, le seul réel point plus faible est l’environnement immédiat de la propriété. Le quartier autour est composé de terrains et bâtiments abandonnés, ce qui peut donner une première impression un peu déconcertante. En arrivant, nous nous sommes même demandé si nous étions au bon endroit, ou s’il pouvait s’agir d’une erreur ou d’une arnaque. Heureusement, il n’en est rien : une fois passé le portail, on découvre une véritable oasis, impeccable, paisible et accueillante. Le contraste est frappant, et l’intérieur de la propriété fait vite oublier l’aspect du voisinage.

Cinzia met us in reception with 2 other ladies. They were so helpful and kind. They explained everything to us relating to facilities, area and beaches and restaurants. They were accessible on whatsapp and were so attentive and friendly! The apartment was clean and bright and the kitchen was well equipped. A short walk to the village and 10mins by car to Otranto. Loved the restaurant Skafe in Uggiano la Chiesa...definitely worth a visit! Pool was perfect temperature and sunloungers confortable.

The Air Con went off when the balcony door or main apartment door was open. While sitting on the balcony it was not possible to close the door from the outside. This was not applicable to ground floor apartments.

The owner and her team were absolutely lovely- the accommodation is spotlessly clean and maintained with a super pool area- 5 minute walk to the village and shops- a great base for visiting the region-

We felt most welcome and very well cared for. Cinzia is a lovely host, providing lots of tips and support throughout our stay. Spotless clean grounds, rooms and pool. Comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment. The apartment was very clean and located in a very peaceful area, which made it the perfect place to relax. The salt water pool was beautiful, well-maintained, and provided the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. A special mention must go to the host, Cinzia, she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, There’s a supermarket close by, which made it easy to pick up any essentials. While the location is peaceful, we’d definitely recommend having a car to explore the surrounding area and enjoy all the beautiful sights and towns in the area. All in all, this was a perfect stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be returning!

We prefer non-commercial and less touristy places to stay, and this was perfect. Everything was great, and we didn’t miss a thing.

Very clean and quiet. Great to use automatic shutters and mosquito nets so no need for air con, pool was a nice size for relaxing . Location is great but you will need a car as town is very quiet but there are a couple of restaurants and shopping centre all within walking distance, well positioned to travel the Salento region, great spot to come back to after a day travelling, host was excellent and always on hand to help,

Nothing really, except maybe the cockerels at first thing in the morning but then again you are in countryside,
