Overall the stay was good. Just a few hiccups.

The biggest reason for my bad experience was there were a few hiccups when I first got there. There were some dry and wet laundry items left in both the dryer and washer. Also, some dirty laundry items were left on the floor in the laundry room. Food particles left in the sink. Garbage disposal didn't work causing that side of the sink not to drain. I was able to quickly fix that myself. Dishes left in the dishwasher. A couple of the trash cans still had trash in them from the previous guests. I sent photos to the owners and got a quick reply by a phone call to me. I was told their normal person that cleans was not able to clean the place. So they had to get someone else and that person wasn't familiar with the place. I was asked if I wanted them to send someone over to take care of the issues. I stated I had already taken care of them. I was asked on the phone call if it would be alright to refund some of my money. I stated how could I say no to that. I have yet to see that refund!! The night before we leave an alarm on the water heater starts going off. Did a quick internet search to find out what the alarm code meant. I found out it was a common issue with these water heaters. I texted the number that I received the phone call from about the water heater alarm code and that I still hadn't received a refund of some of my money for the issues. I know that number receives and can send texts cause we communicated via text about an issue we had with Netflix not working. I didn't want to leave this kind of review. I understand things happen. I've been in the customer service business for 20+ years. When you say you're going to do something do it. Just don't stop communicating and ignore the person.
