super location of Villa; nice equipment ( especially if I compare to another houses in the area), beautiful garden giving shadow in the afternoon; garage ( you will not manage to enter with limousine type car, as the hill inclination is too high). as it was outside high season - availability of parking places on the street, near by. beach umbrella included.

3 bedrooms but 2 with double bed, and 1 with single bed. so if you have 4 adults and 2 kids - 1 person must sleep in the living room downstairs ( sofas not really comfortable for sleeping for a week). recommended re-arangement of 3rd bedroom for double-bad. there was no information ( or I missed) that we must bring linen, or pay for that, same with towels. No help from agency in reservation another umbrella at the beach (not so easy to reach proper website). Electricity consumption not included in tariff.

Uncomfortable beds,missing of basic utensils,very limited place for cooking,,enter to garage (risk of scratching cars undercarriage - like mine);agency wanted money for towels and bedlinen unless they dont have it noted in Booking also in confirmation email. Be careful about description, because its 3 bedrooms,but just with 2+2+1 beds in total

Great location, short distance to the beach as well as to the town centre. Nice garden and nice outside sitting area.

1. Black mould growing in the walls in the corridor and bedroom under the air con unit, when flagged to the agency, they refused to acknowledge this even exists. It has been growing there for years.. 2. Villa has 5 beds out of which only 2 beds have a mattress you can actually sleep on. The rest of the beds are super uncomfortable, super hard, don't expect a good night sleep on those beds. 3. Security of the Villa is questionable, doors leading to the balcony do not lock so anyone can get in. 4. Kitchen - Half of the gas hob doesn't work. Kitchen very tiny, very basic and old equipment to use but does the job. 5. Washing machine is probably 15 years old and rusty, no manual provided, despite trying, didn't manage to switch it on. 6. Garage - if you have a bigger car, you will struggle to get in to the garage. There is very limited space so better to park outside than risking to scratch your car while getting in. 7.Overall - Villa looks good on the photos but is not maintained properly, there are layers of dust all over the place and walls are dirty. You can hear neighbours through the walls as well as loud music from the club close by due to the single glazed windows.

Nice, clean & spacy. Very close to beach. 2 showers & 2 toilets. Sunbeds & large table on terrace. 2 airconditions.
