An amazing experience from the booking and communication to the warm welcome from the Owner Simona. The place is quite and very well maintained with all the facilities for a perfect experience of relax and joy, great location to go to many beautiful villages:-) You just feel the love from this place, such a joyful stay! We would love to come back every year !

A Tuscan renovation from the heart, with the very thoughtful addition of a delightful salt water pool, and many shaded areas with fun toys like food all and pingpong. Wonderful family oriented hosts make this a true memorable stay. Cycling heaven.

The property is stunning and the host Simona is amazing, she made the stay perfect for us.

First and utmost - Simona,...the owner. So nice, kind and helpful. The ranch is awesome. Isolated, peaceful, and charmingly surrounded with the typical green hills of Tuscany. It is a great location for really enjoying the Tuscan vibe and tour around it.

The place was absolutely beautiful! Very spacious. The hosts are on site and very easy to communicate with when we needed assistance. They even have a lovely dog named Mollie who came to visit. Place was decently clean, hosts were friendly and welcoming.

The place wasn’t stocked with any amenities at all except for handsoap. The kitchen wasn’t stocked with much either, just salt (when it came to cooking).

Environment, cleanliness, facilities, rooms, garden, swimming pool, parking, fencing for the dog to move freely without running away.
