Die Unterkunft von Katya ist großartig! Das Haus bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick und ist extrem gut gelegen. Wir haben vor Anreise eine liebevolle, selbst erstellte Broschüre erhalten mit vielen tollen Empfehlungen. Wir haben einige Strände auf deren Empfehlung besucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Aufgrund der guten Lage erreicht man einige Stände ca 10 Minuten Fahrzeit. Der Check-In und die Betreuung vor Ort war eine 10/10 auch während des Aufenthalts war Katya immer für uns erreichbar wodurch kleinere Fragen umgehend beantwortet werden konnten. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist außerordentlich gut sämtliche Küchengeräte und Kleinigkeiten stehen zur Verfügung.

Es hat nichts gefehlt was bemängelt werden könnte. Die Gastgeberin hat sogar proaktiv nach konstruktiver Kritik gefragt.

Tiene todo lo que necesitas y mas. Los host pendientes todo el tiempo.

The Location of Claude&Kate's dream house is exceptional. Whether it was breakfast, lunch or just a coffee break we sat outside every day and soaked up the exceptional view over the bay of Porto San Paolo and the La Tavolara island. Beautiful simply Beautiful

The car parking space is a little tight but manageable. We had a middle sized SUV with us and sometimes the maneuvring was a touch difficult BUT it was doable.

Excellent location with the most beautiful view. A short drive into town and close to many wonderful beaches. The kitchen is well stocked with all amenities , cooking utensils , crockery and electrical equipment . A good washing machine. Parking for 1 car in front of the house. Good communication with the host with suggestions of restaurants , beaches and activities nearby . A short drive to the Costa Smerelda Airport in Olbia - so a good base to use at either the start or end of your holiday .

The 3rd bedroom is more suitable for children as it has bunkbeds. Although totally separate and there is no interaction, overlap or communal use of any space - the upper level of the house is shared with another local family .

Location, hospitality, cleanliness and amenities

Poor WiFi

Everything that you might need to feel at home was provided including many kitchen items for cooking. The owner was quick to reply to any questions about the area. The property manager used a translate function on her phone to answer any queries in person on our arrival and departure. The room with bunk beds was very well designed, I only marked down one point on cleanliness as we found a pair of socks in one drawer from a previous occupant.

Visiting in August perhaps brings younger crowds also holidaying and we had some noisy neighbours on both sides of the villa, who were loud into the night playing in their pools.
