Burgo Dom Afonso V Golf & Beach Resort

I had an excellent stay in this apartment. The location was superb—convenient and ideally situated for easy access to local amenities. The apartment itself was well-maintained, with all equipment in proper working order, ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience. I would gladly recommend it.

The apartment does not have air conditioning or adjustable heating, which may affect comfort during extreme weather. During our stay, the temperature was quite cool due to stormy conditions, and the apartment felt colder than preferred. The bed mattress is on the firmer side and may not be as comfortable for those who prefer a softer sleeping surface.

Quiet

The house was impeccably cleaned and very well decorated. We had everything we needed for a one week stay. It is very well equipped. The flat was comfortable and spacious. The pool was heated, as described and was mostly very peaceful. The grounds are also very well kept. We weren’t able to find a quicker way to the beach and ended up taking the car. Also, the mini market is very… mini! We also couldn’t find the BBQ but we didn’t exactly look very hard for it! The owner was very good and even left a little basket of fruit and a bottle of wine - lovely!

The area itself. It’s far from the big chain supermarkets and from areas with any decent sightseeing.

Een heel mooi appartement op de eerste verdieping met 2 slaapkamers, badkamer met toilet&bidet, aparte keuken, woon/eetkamer en 4 (!) balkonnen. Voor gemeenschappelijk gebruik een fijn verwarmd zwembad.. Het appartementencomplex ligt in een mooi ressort, ook een waar paradijs voor de golfsport trouwens. Clara, de eigenaresse, doet alle moeite om elke vraag te beantwoorden en wensen te vervullen!

Zelf heb ik liever een hard dan.een zacht bed maar deze bedden waren toch iets te hard en de deurkrukken van het bad- en de slaapkamersdeuren kunnen wel wat WD40 gebruiken 😉

The apartment was decorated beautifully, like a real home, almost designer. The place was in a great location for the beautiful beaches and golf. Swimming pool was nice, the grounds were clean and pretty.
