Will definitely stay here again if available. Overall is 9 of 10. Very secure property, well located and well appointed. Appreciated safe for valuables, clean enjoyable pool, outdoor patio, A/C for each room, fully stocked kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds and furniture, guest room shower, and overall layout of home. Nearby Farmer's Market is awesome! Has roomy secure parking which we did not use. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property with 5 or 6 entertaining iguanas. Loved the pool, waterfall and a/c.

Very quiet street, private paradise back yard, air conditioning in main living area, location. Communication with owner and management was congenial and well received.

The pool, large living space, pet-friendly, location. Oh and the Iguanas.

Couch was unbearably uncomfortable especially if you have back problems in the slightest, we ended up sitting on the floor. Mattresses were excessively hard. Cooker was weak and overall kitchen facilities and provided items were subpar. Main bathroom floods when using shower. Lighting was insufficient. The central point of the yard area has a cluster of coconut palm trees, which is unusable in our opinion, due to frequently dropped coconuts. The yard also has old crushed beer cans and cigarette butts throughout it. The priority of this facility is the routine maintenance of the property rather than the guests experience, we couldn’t even get an extra 30 mins on checkout to help with our connections. We were unable to use the swimming pool and yard area as the gardener showed up early on our last day making it uncomfortable for us and our time was cut short from the cleaners showing up and pushing for access before checkout time. Overall super disappointing, and it’s clear there are numerous other properties in the area far nicer and with far better support from your host than this one.

The whole setup is great. Loved the private pool and yard. Location in town is close to all amenities. The staff is very helpful.
