La ubicación y la casa

La TV situada en la planta de las habitaciones con sofás muy viejos y sucios Camas muy blandas Sartenes y cazos inutilizables, nos cimentaron que los estaban esperando, pero nos tocó comprar a nosotros para poder cocinar. Ventanas sin mosquiteras y con el calor que hacía si abrías las ventanas se llenaban de bichos. La campana extractora no se podía encender por el ruido insoportable. Muy poca iluminación. El conjunto la casita podría estar muy bien con muy poca inversión y tal cual se alquila, su precio es muy elevado

La proximidad a Potes y los baños estaban bien.

No recomendaría esta casa: -Sobre todo por el estado del tercer piso, donde el polvo (en mantas y estancias) y la humedad (pese a ser verano) provocaban un ambiente muy cargado que hizo imposible dormir ahí, provocándonos molestias respiratorias. Al comentárselo en persona al casero pareció restarle importancia, sin ver necesidad de arreglo. -Tampoco recomiendo este alojamiento en caso de llevar mascotas, como fue nuestro caso. El propietario aplicó una fianza que terminó cobrando en parte, argumentando la presencia de pelusas (no eran pelos de nuestros perros) en una alfombra que no se usó prácticamente. Tanto el mobiliario como los textiles fueron usados adecuadamente, sin causar ningún desperfecto ni mancha. Se hubiera entendido mejor aplicar desde el principio un suplemento por el hecho de viajar con mascotas. -También hubiéramos agradecido que se nos hubiera informado con algo más de antelación del cambio en el horario de entrada en la casa.

The path to the property is not maintained. Not suitable for anyone with a mobility disability As the premises is offset of the road, some signage would be helpful

The location. Hot water worked well

Décor of the house. Change wallpaper. Not enough wood for even one evening. Heater of bathroom on top floor not working. Please put a comfortable sofa in the kitchen area as this is where you spend most of the time. Kitchen cupboards are dirty. Bath shower very uncomfortable. Pillows very flat.

nice house in a good location

the hot water was dangerously hot and needed a warning sign. there was no fire blanket or fire extinguisher and with only one entrance/exit would consider it a fire hazard. there was also open live wires which would be considered dangerous especially for children. the property is for six people and the the coffee pot is to small, also to boil water you needed to boil water on the stove in pots with loose handles so not very safe or convenient. where was the electric kettle? Disappointed that there was no garden to sit in and the small area out by the front door was small.

Location, wonderful communication with the host and with the cleaning lady! I forgot my bracelet in the house-they were so nice to send it to me! The welcome info was sent well in beforehand and all my questions were answered with absolute patience! Thank you, Angel and Elena!

The house is not equipped with air conditioning, normally in the mountains it is not necessary, but having a hot summer and having the house on the main road not being able to open the windows-it was not very comfortable. Probably it would make sense to equip the house with some fans for this type of situations.
