Dal balcone vista mare e anche dalla via sotto casa, mentre si passeggia per raggiungere la spiaggia. Spiaggia libera a circa 600 metri in posizione ottima e girarando a sinistra uscendo di casa, nel negozio IL RISPARMIONE, trovate tutto l'occorrente per la spiaggia e non solo a prezzi molto convenienti. Altrimenti ci sono lidi attrezzati. La casa molto molto bella, spaziosa e pulitissima. Troverete phon, prodotti da bagno, salviette, lenzuola, detersivi cucina e bagno, lavatrice, vasca da bagno, casalinghi da cucina, borse per fare la spesa e tutto il necessario per le pulizie. Molto vicino la Conad raggiungibile a piedi. Per i bus consiglio di recarsi sulla statale [uscendo da casa girare a destra, percorrere tutto la via centrale e girare a destra per procedere dritto sulla statale] per poter usufruire di più società di trasporti e di optare per bus e treno per raggiungere Tropea e Diamante. Bellissime. Oppure potete anche noleggiare un'auto. Accoglienza ottima da parte del proprietario, molto disponibile a descrivere nei dettagli i luoghi della bellissima Calabria.

Ich hatte versehentlich nur für eine Person gebucht,aber wir konnten dann doch zu zweit bleiben. Allerdings habe ich pro Nacht 108€ bezahlt, dafür hatte ich eine Luxusausstattung erwartet.Das Backblech war noch verschmutzt vom Vorgänger was nicht besonders appetitlich war. Die Toilettenspülung war schwergängig und man hat bei jedem Toilettengang gezittert ob die Spülung es auch schafft die Hinterlassenschaften zu beseitigen. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter,im Kühlschrank waren gekühlte Getränke, unkompliziertes Ein-und Auschecken. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Man hört Lärm von der Hauptstraße. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhaeltnis war nicht gut.

The location was amazing! Caffès, gelaterias, groceries, restaurants, plus more all within easy walking. Riccardo(the owner), was an amazing host and very easy to reach.

For a vacation home, I can’t find anything negative to say.
