Amazing stay in this stone house near the river, we spent 5 days there over Christmas. Enjoyed the fireplace, cottage small but very comfortable for 2 people with everything equipped for you to cook. Sandra was fantastic with extremely quick replies and great instructions on how to find the house. We will definitely return.

Amazing location - we knew Fragas de São Simão already and it was a dream to be able to wake up in nature! The cottage is small but very well designed - with storage in every corner! Very well equipped - but there is also a bar/ kiosk just a few steps away where you can buy some snacks.

Everything was perfect. But if there is something we can suggest is to have more than 2 pillows - we like sleeping with more.

The property and surroundings was magical. Serene natural beauty. The cottage was perfect for our family of three. My son loved swimming in the river. Overall a 10/10 experience. Something completely different compared to the rest of the country.
