Trafalgar House

The location was not easy to find. The parking was at the road side so a few times we had to park away from the property. It’s a very busy road with lots of cars parked.

Obviously no inspection prior to visit, the house was very dirty, uncared for, damaged wallpaper, paintwork, ceilings. Exposed pipe work and electrics being a safety concern. Blood on duvet in wardrobe. Electrical cable next to front door with loose brickwork. Broken fire in living room, whole in duvet, overall very poor and disappointing, money better spent in travelodge.

The house is not as described,very old not modern as in the pic.all the kitchen cooking utensils/preparing food was dirty.no cleaning stuff as stated.scourers were used and rusty and the kitchen cloths package was open for years properly because the cloths were disintegrated.nothing else really in the kitchen.no toilet paper as stated.also the cooker was not working and they knew was not working and nothing been done about it.

Narrow street with very tight parking, downstairs bathroom.

Damp smell, kitchen drains smelled, next door neighbours are very noisy and argued every night

State of house, it had what you need, but not really lean, decor was worst i have ever seen in a rental property , plaster missing in some bits, some wallpaper dirty, could go on but dont think it would make much difference what i say. We spent as little time as we could there. Just felt uncomfortable there during our stay
