The only positive aspect of this apartment is the good location. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. Starting around 2 a.m. and lasting until morning, people were constantly sitting and talking loudly right under the windows, as there is a bench directly below. I was staying alone and did not feel safe going outside to ask them to leave. Sleeping was impossible. Additionally, upon arrival, I discovered a serious issue with the refrigerator. Water was leaking from it, the door did not close properly, and water accumulated inside, damaging my food. I immediately informed the host. I was told someone would come to fix the issue, but nothing was actually repaired. The water continued to leak. I had to place a kitchen towel under the door and under the refrigerator, which did not help — the water flowed under the kitchen cabinet and came out on the other side. There were no cleaning supplies or rags available in the apartment. Eventually, I had to use blankets and bedding to stop the water. It is important to mention that I was recovering from surgery and was not supposed to bend or physically strain myself, yet due to the lack of response, I had to deal with the problem on my own. It felt like after my initial complaint, someone simply pretended the issue was addressed — the towel was moved, but the actual problem remained unresolved. I chose not to contact the host again. Unfortunately, my stay was very unpleasant, and I cannot recommend this property.
