Rumah besar dan luas sesuai untuk penginapan bersama keluarga besar. Lokasi yang sangat bagus, berdekatan pusat bandar.

Kolam renang kurang selamat untuk kanak-kanak kerana bucu mozek/tiles tajam dan berbahaya. Bilik air tingkat atas berbau dan saliran air ruang mandi tidak sempurna menyebabkan air bertakung di dalam bilik air.
