Proximity to beach and shops

Some furniture was getting a little tired. Some sunbeds were cracked

Well equipped kitchen and the pool.

One of the bedrooms was in the basement and was damp and musty smelling.

La casa y exteriores estaban muy bien, sobretodo la piscina y porche muy agradable. Las 4 habitaciones y cuartos de baño que se encuentran en la planta baja y en la primera son muy amplias y están genial. Los anfitriones muy amables, atendieron siempre a nuestras necesidades y preguntas.

Las habitaciones del sótano a nuestro parecer no son muy habitables, sin ventilación, con humedad y con bastante calor. El colchón de la cama de matrimonio de abajo tampoco era cómodo.

A casa é super Moderna, espaçosa e confortável e a agua da piscina limpinha e a uma temperatura otima. É perto de tudo, da para andar a pé.

A parte da cave tem um pouco de humidade e os colchoes de algumas Camas podiam ser um pouco mais confortáveis e falta um microondas.

Downstairs rooms have no air con and could get a bit hot and damp

Amazing location, huge property, great facilities in the kitchen had all we needed. Towels provided for showering and pool. Great washing facilities. Plenty of chairs and sun loungers for 9 of us. Pool was maintained and gorgeous setting. Fruit trees at the end of the pool. Sea views. Really lovely area where the property is located and walking distance to beach, town and supermarkets. The host was very responsive to my messages. We had the best week as a family.

Damp/ drainage smell in ground floor toilet, needs some ventilation. Downstairs rooms all smelt a little damp. The key fob for the gates to be able to park off road didn’t work either, the cleaner reported this and tried to get someone to fix it but no one came, But apart from this it was amazing and we were able to park fine on the road outside the property.

House was very clean and spacious. Nice pool area.

The decking around the pool was unsafe, in places there was holes. Many of the cups has no handles, tea pot no lid. All the outside chairs were inside as were the cushions for sun loungers, which were staked up in a corner. The blinds for the whole house were on some kind of timer, so at random times the opened or closed, waking us threw the night.

The villa itself is modern and at glance good for a family to stay. We liked the pool area and the fact that we were allowed to order a shop of necessities before our arrival

we didn’t like that this place is more a 4 bedroom. the rooms in the basement have mould on the doors, and there is damp in most of the rooms. We had flies in the bed in one of the en-suites (like a swarm of them). the baby travel cot we had requested was full of marks, and smelt of urine. the cover of it smelt unclean and was matted inside. we didnt use it. when we asked the cleaners she said someone may have ruined it previously but was unable to supply a new one. There was also rubbish lighting in the main living area.
