Shick-Shack

Nice location with beautiful ocean views.

Note that the house is fine but a bit dated and worn and could use some updating. However more importantly, the communication was absolutely terrible. They did not clearly communicate the check-in/check-out procedure and did not give us the WiFi password despite repeated requests. Frustrating.

The view was absolutely magnificent. The barbeque at the back was enclosed and very helpful when the wind started blowing. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every second. Best value for money.

Would however replace pots and pans in kitchen.

We had a lovely break in Shick Shack, it’s located right on the coast with a lovely beach just a short walk away. The accommodation is a little rustic but great value for money, lovely base and great views which was exactly what we were looking for.

An overall clean up would do good, less stuff, get away of the older kitchen pans, renewal of towels and blankets. Price quality cannot complain at all but we would pay some more with pleasure for this

I know self catering means just bring it all with you. However, all self catering accommodation we stayed in while visiting South Africa had at least coffee and shower gels snd shampoos.
