Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation de la villa, dans un environnement calme et agréable. La piscine est un véritable atout, tout comme les espaces extérieurs très spacieux qui permettent de profiter pleinement du séjour. La vue au coucher du soleil est magnifique et le stationnement gratuit dans la rue, juste devant la maison, est très pratique et rassurant. La villa était propre, aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande chambre située au rez-de-chaussée avec son accès privé, ainsi que la disposition de la maison avec plusieurs chambres et salles de bain, idéale pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Enfin, nous tenons à souligner la qualité du service de Samir, qui a toujours été réactif et disponible pour résoudre les différents désagréments rencontrés durant notre séjour.

Le mobilier de jardin mériterait d’être remplacé ou rénové. Certains éléments étaient en plastique de qualité assez basique et endommagés. Nous avons dû demander une intervention pour effectuer une réparation. Le robot de piscine était également hors service à notre arrivée et une réparation a été nécessaire afin de maintenir la qualité de l’eau. Le principal point négatif concerne la climatisation. Celle-ci projetait régulièrement des particules noires et a même provoqué un court-circuit ayant fait disjoncter une partie de l’installation électrique. Samir est rapidement intervenu pour rétablir le courant, mais nous avons préféré ne plus utiliser la climatisation car elle continuait à rejeter une sorte de suie noire, ce qui nous inquiétait pour notre confort et notre santé. À noter également que la propriété se situe à proximité immédiate d’un important pylône électrique. Cela ne nous a pas dérangés personnellement, mais cela peut être un élément à prendre en compte pour les personnes particulièrement sensibles à ce type d’environnement.

Una casa muy cómoda para pasar unos días en familia. El anfitrión fue muy atento y estuvo siempre disponible para nosotros para resolver cualquier duda.

Empezando por el check in impuntual con un retraso de 2,30 horas, desperfectos en instalciones comentados por otro cliente hace unos años siguen sin estar erreglados. Se nota el paso del tiempo en las cosas que se han ido deteriorando y rompiendo y no han arreglado. Cajones de almacenaje con cosas rotas o que ocupan espacio que no pueden utilizar los clientes. Grifo de la cocina y de una ducha rotos. Utensilios de cocina básicos insuficientes. No hay vasos normales, sólo hay copas y vasos largos de marcas de cerveza, no apropiado si viajas en familia. Productos de limpieza y comida que han dejado otros clientes. Poca intimidad, casi cada día había algún trabajador que venía a hacer algún tipo de mantenimiento en la zona exterior del jardín o la piscina, alguno sín previo aviso de los propietarios. Decepcionante en general para el precio que se paga. No repetiremos.

Location- overlooking vineyards in the mountains of El Garraf. Very quiet, perfect for some relaxing time. The house is really cozy. Well equipped. The hosts are super friendly and very forthcoming.

Everything! Beautiful location in hills, However, a car is advised to get around although Samir will send you taxi number. Ice maker in fridge, fantastic aircon in all habitable rooms, big spacious outside area, pool etc. Samir, our host could not have been nicer and let us check in early even though his cleaner was unwell that today and he stepped in. 6 adults stayed here for a week and all agreed we would go back, will miss the view over valley ...and the pool😃

Everything: the pooooooool was amazing ! Plus, the outdoor area and seating , so many choices, the indoor area, amazing decor , veeeery clean, comfortable, away from the city center, away from the noise and crowds, but 10 minutes by car so it's pretty handy and perfect location. Customer service was amazing, answered quickly, came over quickly of anything that needed fixing . Very friendly and kind. Comfortable beds, good wifi.

Nothing , but if I would do anything different next time, I would rent a car. It's very close to the city but there's hills so it's better to either order a taxi or have your own ride, and there's a designated garage in the villa so it's perfect.

The layout of the house was OK, it has all the potential

The place is tired, no maintenance done for years and little cleaning. The garden looked OK, but plastic rubbish. The BBQ was broken and dirty, the pool lining dirty and old, lamps around the plastic grass were broken, the sunshade near the pool was old and ripped for 2 years already (Samb said it happened last week with some youngsters renting the place; not true). Inside the house it was not too bad and clean. The master bathroom tap does not work properly, both the shower and the rainshower work at the same time. Samb said: I will replace tomorrow, but did not happen. The bedroom downstairs contains stuff you don't need in a bedroom and things were broken. Clearly: they want to make money, not spend money. It is a party house for young people who don't care about broken stuff and pealing paint.
