Dimora Nonna Catarì

We had a really lovely stay here. From the very beginning, the welcome was warm and thoughtful — we were greeted with delicious treats, which made us feel very appreciated after our trip. The apartment was very clean, fresh, and smelled amazing. Everything was tidy and well prepared for our arrival. The location is perfect — very convenient and ideal for exploring the area. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay even more comfortable. The host was kind, helpful, and always replied very quickly, so communication was easy and smooth throughout the whole stay. The only small downside was that the bed on the second floor was a bit too firm for our liking. However, since we stayed only 3 nights, it was not a major issue for us. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Apartmán je situovan prakticky úplně v centru, vše v dosahu. Vše čisté, majitel ochotný, přátelský komunikativní. Vše proběhlo v naprostém pořádku a k naší spokojenosti. Je třeba počítat s tím, že u apartmánu nelze s ohledem na jeho polohu přímo parkovat. Prostor apartmánu je krásný, ale je třeba počítat s tím, že je prakticky bez oken.

Lokalizacja świetna. Wyposażenia ,- kompletnie wszystko co potrzebne, zmywarka, pralko-suszarka, komfortowa łazienka. A najważniejsze - najmniejszych zastrzeżeń co do czystości. Parking bezpłatny ok. 300 m dalej.

the place looks better than the photos, close to best places in town and free parking close by, comfortable living space and well furnished facilities, the host is an amazing person and easy to talk to, i had a wonderful time.

Our stay at Dimora Nonna Catari was absolutely wonderful. Francesco was an exceptional host from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive and always quick to respond to messages, which made everything very easy and stress-free for us. He also went out of his way to share helpful suggestions for places to visit and great local restaurants, which really enhanced our experience. After our long-haul flights, it was such a thoughtful surprise to find complimentary food and drinks waiting for us in the apartment — a small gesture that made us feel immediately welcomed. The accommodation itself was very comfortable and well-equipped, with everything we needed for our three-week stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Francesco’s hospitality went above and beyond — he even offered to take us to the airport if a threatened train strike had gone ahead, which shows how much he genuinely cares about his guests. We would highly recommend staying at Dimora Nonna Catari and would happily return in the future.

Pas de fenêtre donc difficile d’aérer l’endroit. Forte odeur de pot-pourri assez désagréable.

Gyönyörűszép lakás, sokat hozzá tett az ott tartózkodásunkhoz. A központban helyezkedik el, esténként tökéletes kiindulópont egy sétához.

Azt olvastuk a Booking-on, hogy parkolás az utcán lehetséges, de kiderült, hogy júniustól - októberig a turistáknak nem megengedett az utcákon parkolni. Ez sem jelentett igazából problémát, mert az állomás mellett hatalmas ingyenes parkoló áll a látogatók rendelkezésére. Az állomás ettől a szállástól pár perc sétára van.
