Struttura nuovissima. Monolocale con luce solo da porta di ingresso e piccola finestrina. Ha aria condizionata. Letto matrimoniale con porta che separa da locale cucina e divanetto che funge da terzo posto letto. In pieno centro di Polignano e a poca distanza dal mare. Un po' difficile trovare parcheggio. Presente macchina del caffè con cialde. E presente asciugacapelli
