"Beautiful place run by beautiful people with an amazing atmosphere"

Highly recommended ❤️ Very comfortable and spacious cottage with big and well equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with en suits and a lovely lounge with a view on the fields and wood burner. Positive energy and compassion throughout with rescue animals including cats, goats, chicken, ducks and geese, dogs and retired race horses. Sam is the most amazing host treated us to home baked scones and gave us a lift to a local pub. We sat outside with a fire pit till late night truly magical stay… We came with our cat who was also very impressed 🐈‍⬛🐾 Thank You 😊

Close to the main road but barely noticeable when in a good company of family and friends…

"Amazing stay"

Sam was an amazing host and couldn't do enough for us - the cottage was beautiful and I would not hesitate to recommend it. We loved every minute of our stay there - Will definitely be back

Sam is a superb host, so welcoming and helpful. The cottage is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need. The views are gorgeous and the field was great for exercising our puppy.

a bit of road noise but it didn’t detract from our enjoyment.

Bigger than the photos suggest. Clean. Wood stove. Well stocked kitchen. Quality linen and beds. And Sam went out of her way to make our stay special.

I could mention that if you listen for it you can hear the main road, but get over it, is far enough away and not that loud
