Lovely villa close to Palma city centre in a quiet resedential neighbourhood. The host was very accommodating regarding a late check-out. It is an ideal location for a group of friends with plenty of space inside and out, good facilities and a lovely garden to feel far away froma busy city centre yet easy to walk into Palma.

There was some construction work going on which was visible from the pool but there was no excessive noise and this did not detract from our enjoyment. The decor in the villa was slightly outdated and lookinga little tired but everything was well maintained and clean.

Vi var 10 venninner som var på en tre dagers tur til Palma. Fantastisk fint hus med alt du trenger. Kort vei til flott matbutikk. Huset har 5 soverom, 4 bad og 5 toaletter og flere fine uteplasser.

* Mooi huis aan de rand van de stad. * Voldoende slaapkamers en badkamers. * Buiten overal fijne plekjes om te zitten. * Wandelafstand supermarkt. * Heerlijk zwembad * Pedro is enorm fijne gastheer die je compleet wilt ontzorgen.

The villa was absolutely perfect for our stay. The pool was a highlight – spotless, private, and ideal for both relaxing and fun with the group. The location couldn’t have been better, with a supermarket and bus stop literally two minutes away, making it very easy to get around. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and easily accommodated our group of nine adults, ranging from a baby to grandparents, with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. We especially enjoyed the peaceful BBQ area, which gave us lovely evenings together. The attention and support from the owner were excellent, and it made our stay smooth and welcoming. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend.

The villa itself was brilliant. The outdoor area with pool was superb and all the bedrooms were a great size for all 9 of us. Location with bus connections and walkable distance to central Palma was ideal. The host Pedro was fantastic. A smooth check in and check out process and the restaurant recommendations provided were fantastic. We couldn't have asked for more. We all had a wonderful stay.
