Die Lage der Villa ist ausgezeichnet. Garten und Sitzgelegenheiten sind gut vorhanden, leider nicht alles funktionstüchtig.

Die Ausstattung der Küche und der Bäder ist mangelhaft. Zu wenig Geschirr, viel zu viele nicht brauchbare Schüsseln. Sauberkeit in der Küche kann noch massiv gesteigert werden. Eine Toilettentüre liess sich nach dem Schliessen nur noch von aussen öffnen. Insgesamt ist die Anlage ungepflegt und daher stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

The property was spacious and on the sea.

When we arrived it was freezing. It felt damp and smelt musty. We opened it all up and let the air flow. This should have been done prior to our arrival. We turned on the few electric radiators to try and warm things up. The house was cold at night . I feel it is a poor attempt at a refurbishment. Once we started cooking etc the electric blew- something that has obviously happened before as the booking company had photos of the fuse boards and which buttons to press. The beds were hard the kitchen utensils thin on the ground and no working kettle?! No sun loungers., crappy bbq. No information book to tell you anything. The main bathroom toilet leaked and flooded the bathroom (with clean water thankfully) on the first day and we reported it. Not fixed during our stay and there were seven of us .
