Super friendly host, cute cottage which had everything we needed!

Beautiful property with lovely clean facilities. The owner was helpful and friendly and the welcome goodies a super treat.

Nothing to not like.

The location was fab, a great base for exploring. The property was clean and comfortable with lots of little extras like fruit teas, squash and toiletries are what make it even more special.

Everything, lovely place to stay with lots of little extras

Quirky little cottage. Very homely and clearly loved by the owner. Very well equipped with some complimentary goodies to enjoy. Lovely little cottage garden. Peaceful and tranquil setting. So handy for our short visit to family who live nearby. Good location for exploring the local area.

Hectors house is a beautiful little cottage - the decor is very cute. The furniture and soft furnishings are carefully chosen, I personally loved the look of the whole place. It has some nice touches, such as games and dvds in the living room, and nice toiletries in the bathroom. It is in a good location. Great enclosed garden. Dog friendly. Good shower. Well stocked kitchen. Good communication with the owner, who is friendly and helpful.

The beds. I’m sorry to say were incredibly uncomfortable. They look lovely, very ornate, but practically they were horrible. The bed frames squeaked and rattled. Every move sounded as if it was going to fall apart. The mattress was lumpy and felt as though springs had gone. My partner ended up sleeping on the sofa as it was unbearable. Not want I was hoping for for our holiday! It made for rubbish nights sleeps and tired days. A good bed is so important and for the sake of returning customers, I would really recommend investing in bed frames and new mattresses.

Wonderful 3 night stay in this exceptional cottage. Very clean and comfortable with beautiful design touches. Highly recommended.
