It was in a great location

A bit tired and needing a bit of a makeover

Location was great, the lay out and facilities were good too. We went as 6 friends, great social spaces. Everything you need to cook meals etc.

The aircon in the main bedroom wasn't great, and the beds weren't that comfortable. However, in the other 2 rooms aircon and beds were fab.

It’s big and good for group of people or bigger family. Location is a bit t far walk to sandy beach.

Customer service is horrible. First we had to pay deposit what it wasn’t mentioned when we booked. We had horrible situation as they charged us unfair. Guy who let us in told at the checkout leave keys inside and don’t lock doors and we did. Then they charged us 120€ as they couldn’t open doors because we left keys inside as they should call locker company. Doesn’t make sense as doors was wooden and after heavy rains was hard to open as they expanded but they complained us for no reason. Next time make sure if you stay there don’t check out without anyone! Otherwise they will charge for something. By all regulations should be notice written or smth but wasn’t any information at all. I will attach for what they charged us because we left key inside but they locker is normal and anyway if there is or not key you can open doors

Location was great. Really spacious and use of the pool was great.

We had small children, age 2 and 4, with us and we were always concerned about their safety around the open stairs while we were there. They are also quite open at the top landing and we had to pile some suitcases up to make it more safe.
