Villa Stella - Salento Puglia

Ottima struttura, in posizione strategica rispetto al mare e ad altre attrazioni in zona. Stanze spaziose, ampi spazi esterni per stare insieme, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

L'host molto molto disponibile. Ha accontentato qualsiasi nostra richiesta: ci ha fornito teli male ad un prezzo onestissimo e ci ha permesso di fermarci fino al pomeriggio al posto che la mattina. Casa stupenda, nessuna mancanza da segnalare.

La maison est très agréable et grande. Nous sommes partis entre amis (2 familles avec ado) et nous avions chacun nos espaces. Le jardin est magnifiquement bien entretenu.

Il manque un pommeau de douche dans la salle de bains de l’étage pour un usage optimal

Casa spatioasa si finisaje relativ recente.

Aer conditionat este prezent doar intr-un dormitor dintre cele 3 disponibile la mansarda, in zilele calduroase nu am putut utiliza celelalte 2 dormitoare fara AC. Baia de la mansarda nu a avut cap de dus si ar fi fost dragut ca macar un sapun de maini sa fie prezent.

The house is spacious, suitable for a big family or group of friends. The garden around the house is wonderful, so if you have kids, they will also enjoy the space as it is lovely. There is space to park your car in the yard. The location is very good, giving opportunities to explore the region. Nice beach nearby- Torre Guaceto (you need to book umbrella and sunbed through their site though as it is paid), there is also a free section so it will depend on what you want. The hosts were responsive. There are some nice restaurants in the village - Elle pizzeria and Ristolio.

Get yourself earplugs if you are a light sleeper as it is noisy- the house is next to the road, which has traffic. It is also outside of the village and you may hear roosters, farmers etc and there is also the water pump in the yard , which you may hear each time water is used in the house. The coffee machine was very outdated, with unusual pods so we could not buy coffee which was very disappointing. The owners did leave some coffee but it was quite bad, and there was also a note to leave 0.50 euro per coffee. There are a lot of mosquitoes so get yourself anti- mosquitoe spray or similar. There is no shower holder in the bath on the second floor which was very uncomfortable as we had to hold the shower in our hands all the time. The ironing board needs replacement as it was basically falling apart. The owners were kind but speak zero English. Lastly, when we asked for toilet paper (there were only three, we were four adults and three small kids) we were told that the owners will give us some, but we are actually expected to buy it ourselves, which I am sorry, but has never been the case anywhere in any rental. We ended up buying washing machine pods for both dishes and clothing washing machines and soap as it was very little.

The house was extremely clean with lots of space and a beautiful garden. You can walk in to San Vito Dei Normanni where there are lots of lovely places to eat. It’s a 20 minute drive to a beautiful beach and a great base to explore the towns and villages of beautiful Puglia. the hosts were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended. 😊
