What this house has going for it is spaciousness with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen dining area with gas stove and refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. It's in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to town, the port to go to Corvo and the many natural pools in Santa Cruz. The owner Tania was available on WhatsApp for any needs.

The beds were uncomfortable, the rooms were very hot and there was only one fan which didn't cool us off. We slept poorly. While the owner messaged that we could ask her for anything we needed, it would have been nice to have coffee pods for the coffee maker, as well as soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, readily available. The bathrooms are extremely outdated, especially the very tight shower spaces. For nearly $250/night, you expect a little more comfort and amenities.
