Please inform Casa Mediterranea dei Normanni in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours: of EUR 35 from 18:00 to 20:00 of EUR 50 from 20:00 to 22:00 of EUR 50 from 22:00 to 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the agency. Extra cleaning charge in case of animals €50. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 15 per person per set.
