La cocina exterior, una gozada, con aire acondicionado, aislada de la casa, por lo que no llegaba ruido al resto de las estancias. Con gran cantidad de menaje.

Por decir algo, la piscina, es muy pequeña y para niños como máximo de 9 años, con tres niños, ya estaba llena.
