"A very beautiful and humble place, make your last night before going to Santiago very special."

Very beautiful hotel with a nice garden and restaurant.

Maybe the language communication. If we Knew that restaurant may have some food for lunch( instead of saying no lunch), we would not wait in the coffee shop for more than an hour before walk up and check in.
