The staff is very friendly, they showed us all their recommendations for things to do in the City, and were always very kind. You can easily get to San Sebastian/Donostia and Hendaia from the hotel (direct metro line). My sister and I definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and very helpful with the best ways to get in and out of Donostia/ San Sebastián. The room was clean and comfortable.

The price was fairly high for the distance out of the city, but the hotel provided decent value for money and accommodation was expensive in Donostia/ San Sebastián generally.
