El entorno, el hotel y como nos hizo sentir David. Nosotros estábamos haciendo el Camino Lebaniego y fue un acierto alojarnos aquí para descansar una noche. Volveríamos a alojarnos aún que no fuese haciendo el camino, perfecto para desconectar.

Our stay at El Molino de Cicera was truly unforgettable and without a doubt our absolute favorite experience from our entire 3-week trip through northern Spain. If I could leave 10 stars, I would without hesitation. David, the owner, went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure our stay was perfect. You can genuinely tell how much he loves what he does and how passionate he is about helping his guests have the best experience. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel incredibly welcome. What really set this place apart was how much time and care David put into showing us the beauty of the area. He personally took the time to walk us through the charming town, introduced us to animals that had just been born, and guided us to a stunning waterfall and breathtaking lookout. These were moments we’ll never forget and made our stay feel so personal and special. The room itself—and the entire property—was outstandingly decorated, full of character, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtful and unique, adding to the charm of the experience. This is not just a place to stay, it’s an experience. We will absolutely be making our way back here, and next time for even longer. Highly, highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Lo mejor el trato de David el anfitrión. Muy amable y disponible en todo momento para cualquier duda. La ubicación es muy buena, en una casa llena de historia.

Nos ha encantado todo! La casa y sus exteriores, las vistas, el pueblo y su tranquilidad y sobre todo la hospitalidad de David y su mujer, ! De las mejores experiencias que hemos vivido en un entorno rural y todo gracias a ellos, repetiremos sin lugar a dudas!!

This is one of the most exquisite properties I stayed at during the couple of weeks I spent driving around Spain. One could describe El Molino as an amalgamation of a Swiss chalet and a cozy English manor! It's in a village at the end of a gorgeous drive winding through a natural park. David is one part of a husband-wife team that operate this gorgeous 10 key property; he is one of the most hospitable innkeepers you will meet. He loves what he does and its indicative in the attention to detail he has put into the rooms and other areas within the property. I was there rather impromptu and only for the evening but I highly recommend an extended stay (carry some nice food and wine!), sit in the verandah or the gardens overlooking the hills and enjoy some of the best hospitality Cantabria and Spain have to offer! PS. Ask David to direct you to the waterfall by the property, it's a lovely walk and fairly close by!

Lo mejor para mi ha sido el entorno. Despertar cada mañana con el valle sumergido en girones de niebla, respirando aire puro. También es de destacar el trato del propietario, muy amable, comunicativo y preocupado por sus clientes. Nos dió muy buenas recomendaciones siempre preocupado por el tipo de vacaciones que teníamos pensadas.

Por poner algún pero, me hubiera gustado tener algún cojín más en la cama. Hemos descansado muy bien por la noche, pero lo he echado de menos a la hora de recostarme a descansar durante el día.

La atención de David. Desde antes de llegar ya te aconsejaba todo tipo de actividades dependiendo la clase de turismo que quieras llevar, muy atento con todo, tratando que estés aún mejor de lo que el alojamiento ya te proporciona

Las duchas son poco accesibles para personas con movilidad reducida o con falta de reflejos.

El desayuno está bien, pero puede mejorar, faltaba algo de fruta, embutido, zumo, algún otro dulce, autoservicio

El horario del desayuno un poco tarde para empezar a andar.

Un alojamiento muy agradable para pasar la estancia en Cicera. Su dueño David, nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones y nos trató de manera excepcional
